Instructions for first-time use:
<ol>
 <li>Hold your iPhone approximately 10 cm (4-5 inches) away from the skin.</li>
 <li>Activate the flashlight by tapping the flashlight icon located at the bottom left of the screen.</li>
 <li>Tweak the contrast using the slider to attain optimal visibility of veins.</li>
 <li>If veins are still imperceptible, explore physical maneuvers such as lowering an arm vein below heart level or utilizing a tourniquet.</li>
 <li>If all efforts yield no results, consider examining a different area. Note: VeinSeek's efficacy varies compared to ultrasound for deep veins.</li>
